Can I reschedule or change my booking?
Yes. Just let us know as early as you can and we will move your slot to the next available date and time. Your booking is confirmed on WhatsApp, so any changes can be handled in the same conversation.
How long will you need my car?
It depends on the package. A Premium Exterior Wash & Wax takes about 1.5-2 hours, a Full Detailing Package 5-7 hours, Paint Correction 1-2 days and Ceramic Coating 2-3 days. We confirm the exact timing and handover when we confirm your booking.
Do you offer doorstep service?
Doorstep service depends on the package and your location within the city. Lighter services may be possible at your home, while paint correction and ceramic coating are done in our controlled studio for the best results. Choose your preferred option in the booking form and we will confirm what is possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We confirm the available payment options with you when we confirm your booking. Your package price is fixed and agreed upfront, so there are no surprises at handover.
Do SUVs like the Fortuner or Prado cost more?
Our listed prices are starting prices. Larger vehicles such as the Fortuner, Prado and other full-size SUVs take more time and product, so they may be priced slightly higher. We share the exact fixed price for your vehicle before any work begins.
