What is the difference between paint correction and a polish?
A standard polish adds gloss and hides minor marks for a while. Paint correction is a single or multi-stage machine process that removes swirls, light scratches, water spots and oxidation from the clear coat itself. The result is a true mirror finish rather than a temporary shine.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
Our ceramic coating packages offer multi-year protection, depending on the package you choose and how the car is maintained. Gentle pH-safe washing helps it last against the city's dust, smog and sun. We explain the expected lifespan and any coverage terms for your package before we begin.
Is ceramic coating better than wax?
Wax gives instant gloss and short-term protection, ideal as a regular top-up. Ceramic coating bonds to prepared paint for long-lasting hydrophobic protection, UV resistance and deeper gloss. For new or freshly corrected cars, coating is the stronger long-term investment.
How long will my car be with you?
An exterior wash and wax takes 1.5-2 hours, interior deep cleaning 3-4 hours and a full detail 5-7 hours. Paint correction needs 1-2 days and ceramic coating 2-3 days, allowing proper prep and curing. We confirm timing when you book.
Do I need to drop my car at the studio?
Paint correction and ceramic coating are done in our controlled studio for the best finish. For other services, we will confirm the available options and logistics when you share your location in the booking form. Your time slot is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Do SUVs cost more than sedans?
Yes, larger vehicles like the Fortuner or Prado have more surface area and cabin space, so they take longer. Our published prices are starting points for each package. You will know the exact fixed price before any work begins.
Will I get an exact quote before work starts?
Always. For paint correction and coating, we inspect the paint under studio lighting to assess its condition, then confirm a fixed price. There are no surprise add-ons once we start.
Is my car secure while it is with you?
Your car is kept in our studio throughout the job and handled only by our detailing team. We treat every vehicle with the same care we would give our own. If you have specific concerns, mention them when booking.
Is my car insured while in your care?
Coverage arrangements can vary, so we discuss them openly before you hand over your keys. We recommend confirming with your own insurer as well. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will give you a clear answer for your booking.
Can you pick up and drop off my car?
Let us know your area in the Heights, the Arts District, Old Town, Hillside, Lakeside or Riverside when booking. We will confirm whether pickup and drop-off can be arranged for your slot. The fastest way to check is a quick message on WhatsApp.
Aftercare
Aftercare That Protects Your Investment
A ceramic coating needs time to fully cure, so keep your car dry and unwashed for the first 7 days after we hand it back. If it gets dusty or catches a light shower in that window, leave it be; gently blot bird droppings with a clean, damp microfibre cloth rather than scrubbing.
Once the coating has cured, wash with a pH-neutral shampoo using the two-bucket method and soft microfibre mitts. Harsh, alkaline cleaners slowly wear down protection, while a gentle wash keeps the gloss deep and the water beading strong through the city's dust and smog.
Avoid roadside car washes and automatic brush systems. Gritty brushes and shared, dirty cloths are the main cause of the swirl marks we remove during paint correction, and they can undo a freshly corrected finish in a single visit.
Book a maintenance detail every few months to decontaminate the paint, top up protection and catch any issues early. Regular care is the simplest way to keep your coating performing and your car looking like the day it left our studio.
